These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Baby Steps Daily (https://blog.babystepsdaily.com) and the paid Baby Steps Daily digital subscription service. By using the website or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Free content

Baby Steps Daily publishes free educational articles, notes, and stories on parenting and child development. You may:

  • Browse articles and content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share links to articles on social media or with other parents.
  • Subscribe to the free newsletter, if available.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the content without permission.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. Paid digital subscription

The paid Baby Steps Daily subscription is a digital service that delivers personalized daily child-development tips by email. The full commercial terms of the paid subscription are set out in the Public Offer Agreement, the Payment Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Delivery Policy. By starting a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted those documents.

3. Subscription account and email

  • You must provide a valid, accessible email address when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date so that the Service can be delivered.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your subscription.
  • Sharing your subscription with third parties for commercial purposes is not allowed.

4. Parent / guardian responsibility

The Service is intended for adult parents and legal guardians. By providing a child profile (such as date of birth, age, or focus areas) you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you have full authority to provide such data and consent to its processing for the purposes of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website and the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake email addresses or payment details).
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments.
  • Initiate chargebacks for charges that match the agreed Terms and the Public Offer.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or the Service.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other users.

6. Payments and recurring billing

The Service is paid in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Payments are processed by LiqPay or WayForPay. The subscription includes automatic recurring payments according to the selected billing period, as authorized by you at checkout. Full details are set out in the Payment Policy and the Public Offer Agreement.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription at any time from your subscription management page or by writing to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Cancellation stops all future recurring charges. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid period.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility and procedure are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on Baby Steps Daily and delivered through the Service — including texts, illustrations, layouts, logos and PDFs — is owned by Baby Steps Daily or used under appropriate licenses, and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without explicit written permission, except for brief excerpts (up to 150 words) quoted with proper attribution and a link back to the original source.

All content delivered by Baby Steps Daily — on the website and through the paid Service — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a paediatrician, psychologist, therapist or other qualified professional. 11. No guaranteed outcome

Every child is different. We do not guarantee any specific developmental, behavioural, educational or other outcome from following the suggestions in the content. Use your own judgement and adapt advice to the child in front of you.

12. Third-party links

The website and the Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and the Service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Steps Daily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the Service or reliance on the content. The total liability of the Seller for any direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the last paid billing period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baby Steps Daily, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website or the Service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or the Service at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, repeated failed payments, fraud, or activities that may harm the website or other users.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.
