How the Baby Steps Daily digital subscription is delivered.
This Delivery Policy explains how the paid Baby Steps Daily digital subscription is delivered to subscribers.
No physical delivery
Baby Steps Daily is a digital subscription service. There are no physical goods, no parcels, no shipping fees, and no postal delivery. The Service is delivered exclusively by email.
1. What is delivered
The Service consists of personalized daily child-development tips, activities, and educational recommendations, delivered as individual emails (and, where applicable, as printable PDF attachments or downloads). Content is personalized based on the parent-provided child profile.
2. When delivery starts
- If the subscription includes a free trial, delivery starts immediately after the trial is activated (card capture confirmed by the payment provider).
- If the subscription does not include a trial, delivery starts immediately after the first successful payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
- The first email is normally received within a few minutes of activation.
3. Delivery schedule
- Emails are sent on a daily basis.
- Each email is sent at approximately 9:00 in the subscriber’s local time, based on the time zone selected during sign-up or detected automatically.
- The subscriber can change the time zone at any time from the subscription management page.
4. Delivery channel
- The only delivery channel is email, sent to the email address provided by the subscriber during sign-up.
- The subscriber must provide a valid, accessible email address.
- It is the subscriber’s responsibility to keep the email address up to date and accessible. Non-delivery caused by an invalid email address, a full mailbox, or aggressive spam filters is not a fault of the Seller.
5. If an email is not received
If you do not receive an expected email:
- Check your “Spam”, “Promotions”, “Updates” or other secondary folders in your mailbox.
- Add the sender address to your address book / contacts to improve deliverability.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full and that incoming mail is not blocked by your email provider.
- If the problem persists, contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will help diagnose and resolve the issue.
6. Wrong or inaccessible email address
If emails cannot be delivered because the address is invalid, mistyped, or inaccessible to the subscriber, this is the subscriber’s responsibility. The Seller will assist in updating the email address upon request and verification of the subscriber.
7. Access after cancellation
- After the subscription is cancelled, no further recurring charges are made.
- Daily emails continue to be delivered until the end of the current paid period, unless the subscriber requests an immediate termination of the Service.
- After the paid period ends, delivery of daily emails stops automatically.
8. Access after failed payment
- If a recurring payment fails, delivery may be suspended while the system retries the charge.
- If the charge ultimately fails, the subscription is cancelled and delivery of daily emails stops.
- The subscriber can resume the Service at any time by creating a new subscription with a valid payment method.
9. International delivery
Since the Service is fully digital, it is delivered globally with no additional fees and no geographic restrictions. The time of delivery is adjusted to the subscriber’s selected time zone.
