Imagine this: It's 4:50 AM, and you're greeted with, "I'm not sleepy anymore!" Here’s what you do. Say, "It’s still nighttime. Let’s rest until the sun comes up." Easier said than done, yes, but with time they might get the memo. And if all else fails, an extra episode of Sesame Street isn't the end of the world.
